Unite is part of the #StopTheStigma campaign, a coalition of trade unions campaigning for workplace policies on menstruation and the menopause. The campaign launched their position paper in Dublin on October 24th.
On October 18th, World Menopause Day, Unite published the results of a member survey highlighting the workplace impact of a range of issues relating to menstrual health and the menopause.
