July 21st: Letters of Offer have today (Tuesday) been issued by the Department of Social Protection to each of the ten plaintiffs in the Waterford Crystal Pensions case.  This begins the process of implementing the agreed settlement and bringing to an end the lengthy and difficult process of securing pension justice for the former Waterford Crystal workers.
