January 20^th stoppage to proceed unless issues resolved

December 16th: Unite today announced that the one-day stoppage in Irish Life scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday 17 December) has been deferred.  The decision follows overnight talks during which Unite received commitments from the Company ahead of facilitated talks.

Revised action dates of January 20^th and February 17th have been notified to the company.  These will proceed in the absence of a full resolution of the issues in dispute.
