- All outstanding appeals will be heard through the appeals process agreed under Kieran Mulvey’s mediation agreement before the end of November.
- The ongoing delays in pension payments to those who have reached the normal retirement age under the scheme are unacceptable, and Unite will continue pressing for full and timely implementation of the agreement.
