Irish Rail dispute: Unite to attend Labour Court talks tomorrow

unite-white-out-of-redNovember 8th: Trade union Unite, which represents craft workers in Irish Rail, today welcomed the intervention by the Labour Court and confirmed it will be attending the talks scheduled to take place tomorrow (Thursday).

Unite Regional Officer Willie Quigley said: “Unite welcomes the Labour Court intervention, and can confirm that we will be attending the Labour Court hearing scheduled for tomorrow morning in the hope that a follow-up recommendation will be issued by the court that will have the potential to resolve the dispute and be considered by our members in a ballot”.
