FAO: Accredited Unite Health & Safety Representatives
The 2019 Rules Conference introduced Rule 34 that obliges the union to establish a network of Health & Safety Committees and Conferences. Due to COVID, the implementation of the new arrangements was postponed; however, the new structure is now being established in 2022/23.
We are therefore inviting Accredited Unite Health & Safety Representative to attend the Regional Health & Safety Conference which will elect a Ireland Regional Health & Safety Committee of up to 20 delegates, ensuring the widest possible distribution of delegates from across our sectors. Elected Committee members will hold office for three years.
The Conference will take place on Thursday, 26th May @11.30am in person and online (Belfast – venue to be confirmed).

Please confirm to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to participate in this Conference and if so, if you will attend online or in person and if you are interested in being elected to the Committee by no later than Wednesday, 18th May. As soon as we know numbers attending/participating we will confirm the venue.
We hope that you will be able to join us on the 26th May.
